COVID 19 – GUIDANCE NOTES FOR GUESTS

GUEST ARRIVAL

Please observe social distancing markers when entering and exiting the building

• Sanitiser dispensers are available at all entry points and on the bar
• Hospitality bag will be provided on arrival, these will contain:
• Room key
• Toiletries
• Beverages
• Sanitiser wipes
• Breakfast order forms
• Registration form

Portable heaters, blankets and hairdryers available on request, if you haven’t requested in advance please ask at the bar or use wifi code FOUNTAIN1767 and whatsapp or text 07779457039 and we will leave your items outside your door.

BREAKFAST

• Please complete the breakfast form contained in your Hospitality Bag and return to the bar before 9.00pm on the day of arrival and then each for each evening during your stay
• Breakfast times will be staggered between 7.00am and 9.00am Monday to Friday and 7.30am and 9.00am
• The table allocated to you for the duration of your stay will be noted on the breakfast order form
• Tables will be set a minimum of 1 metre apart
• Tables will not be cleared until guests have departed
• Room service will be available to guests after 9.00pm please arrange on arrival via whatsapp, text or in person at the bar

ROOM SERVICING

• Rooms will not be serviced during your stay, your Hospitality Bag should provide you will all you need for the duration but if you find you need anything replacing please request these at breakfast or via whatsapp or text
• Please place full bin bags outside your room when necessary, spare bags can be found at the bottom of your bin
  
  

BAR AND DINING ROOMS

• If you require evening meals during your stay please book on arrival if you have not already done so when reserving your room.  We cannot guarantee a table as we have reduced the number available to comply with social distancing rules.  
• All meals and drinks will be served by your waitress to your table, ordering at the bar is only for take away or if eating in the Beer Gardens. (Please note if you eat outside you will receive your meals in a disposable container, this is to minimise the contact our staff need to have with customers)
• Room service is available for evening meals if preferred
• Meals are available every day during the following times

Monday 12.00pm – 2.30pm and 5.30pm – 8.00pm

Tuesday to Friday 12.00pm – 2.30pm and 5.30pm – 9.00pm

Saturday 12.00pm – 9.00pm

Sunday 12.00pm – 4.00pm (Roast Only) 6.00pm – 8.00pm

DEPARTURE

• Please pay by credit/debit card where possible
• Card payment machine will be sanitised ready for use and during transactions, gloves will be available should you require them
• Room key should be handed in at the bar on departure
• Rooms should be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure

IN CASE OF ILLNESS DURING STAY

• If at any point during your stay you develop symptoms of Coronavirus please advise us immediately and call NHS 111 for testing, if positive we will arrange a room for you to isolate in where possible for the duration of your quarantine

WIFI

• Free unlimited wifi is available in both the bar area and bedrooms.  The network address to use is FountainBedrooms and the password is FOUNTAIN1767

FIRE PRECAUTIONS

• The Inn holds a valid Fire Certificate.  Please read the Fire Instructions on your bedroom wall
